Next week is our school's spring book fair.  The library will be closed during this time.  Look for the flyer coming home today about the books available for purchasing! Our class will be previewing the books Monday morning and going back to purchase on Wednesday.

Zoo Field Trip

Our trip to the zoo is next Thursday! Students need to be in their classrooms by 8:15. We will load the buses at 8:30 am. We are sorry to say that students who are late to school will be left behind. We will not get back to Joyner until 5:00 pm. You must provide transportation for your child on that day. There will be no buses to take students home at 5:00. 

* Wear comfortable shoes. We will be doing tons of walking.

* Please pack a disposable lunch for your child unless you indicated that your child would need a lunch from the cafeteria.

* Layer for cool or warm weather. The 1st grade field trip t-shirt and light jacket is recommended.
