Field Day for K-2 students will be held at Kiwanis Park from 9:15-11:00ish.  Many games will be played outside, so please have your child dress appropriately (no sandals).  There will also be activities involving water, in which your child may get wet, so please have your child bring a  change of clothes.  You are encouraged to apply sunscreen on your child before they come to school.

Our END OF YEAR PARTY will be held on May 31st at 11:00. It will be a Snoopy's Hot Dog party! All of the 1st graders will be celebrating together during recess with Kona Ice! The cost for each Kona Ice is $3 and hot dog is $2 ($5 total).

Please send your child's money (cash only) in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's name and END OF YEAR PARTY. If you would like to donate extra to help a child in need, it would be greatly appreciated.

Dear First Grade Parents,

Thank you very much for the extravagant outpouring of love, cards, gifts, food, and appreciation you showered upon us during Teacher Appreciation Week.  The luncheon on Tuesday was filled with spectacular delicacies.  What a treat!  Each new day you were surprising us all with even more!  You made us feel so loved.  Thank you for your generosity and for how you support us--- not only during this one week, but also throughout the year.
