Dear Parents,
 
As part of the culmination of our study of The Little Red Hen, we have re-written the tale with helpful animals, instead of the lazy ones.  Our new version of the story recounts how friends work together to throw a birthday party for our class giraffe, Jorge.  I'm looking for a volunteer from each room who would be willing to bring in a snack for us to enjoy as we perform the story of Jorge's birthday.  If you would be willing to contribute something to eat, please let me know:   agourley@wcpss.net  or 856-7650.
